PROJECT INFORMATION

Reconstruction of a ground floor stone-built dilapidated house before 1955 with a total gross area of ​​approximately 90m2 and the construction of a new addition in height and by extension on a plot of approximately 200m2.

It is about the complete restoration and repair of the elements of the building, with the necessary reinforcements, maintaining the existing outline, for the extension of the existing one, a total area of ​​approximately 20m2, with their simultaneous functional integration, approximately 80 mm2 with access to the floor through a new external staircase.

CONFIDE and its Consulting Engineers conducted the Architectural Study and managed all the required Licenses for the construction.
