PROJECT INFORMATION

Construction of a luxury, 5-star, complex in Pyrgi, Skiathos, on a privately owned plot of

approximately 11,000 m2.

The complex of approximately 1900 m2, includes a central building with common areas

and 30 rental apartments with private pools, arranged in four building units.

The main building hosts a reception, restaurant, bar, gym and ancillary areas, while a

communal swimming pool is developed around it.

The apartments are divided into two types (doubles and suites) and are placed in a way

that ensures sea views and privacy.

The project combines functionality and aesthetics in a natural environment with respect to the terrain.
