PROJECT INFORMATION

Two-storey old traditional house located in Plaka, Athens, characterized by the architectural style of the area.

The building is located within a plot of approximately 112 m². The total area of ​​the building is 103 m² with a ground floor area of ​​74 m² and a first floor area of ​​29 m². The building is a sample of an ordinary residence of its era with simple morphological elements. It is not a listed building.

CONFIDE and its Consulting Engineers mapped the existing situation, and then prepared an Architectural Study, a Static Study, as well as E/M Installation Studies for the restoration and use of the building.

Also, CONFIDE and its Consulting Engineers managed all the required approvals and permits, from all the co-competent agencies for the restoration and restoration of this traditional residence.
