PROJECT INFORMATION

The project concerns the construction of a new suburban railway section from Ano Liosia to Megara, within the existing railway section of the old railway line to Peloponnese. This is an upgrade of the existing Western Attica Suburban Railway, Ano Liosia - New R.S. Megara. The network includes eight stations - stops: ELPE Aspropyrgos, Aspropyrgos, Vamvakia, Elefsina, ΗΕLLENiQ PETROLEUM S.A Elefsina, Loutropyrgos, Nea Peramos and Megara Station.

The Stations and Stops of the new railway line include one or two side platforms of approximately 450m2 each, and their canopies of approximately 80 m2 for each side platform, the necessary equipment for passenger service, the placement of the E/M Rooms and facilities to serve their operation and for the needs of the Railway Systems, and finally the configuration of the Surrounding Areas of the Stations and Stops by ensuring passenger access.

CONFIDE undertook the conduction of the Architectural and Static Studies for all Stations and Stops, as well as the relevant licensing.
