PROJECT INFORMATION
CONFIDΕ undertook the design for the creation of a multi-purpose building, which includes meeting, presentation and training spaces, according to the company’s functional needs, in an existing two-story building, as well as its energy upgrade.
The existing building contains office and auxiliary spaces on the ground floor, with a total area of approximately 300.00 m², as well as office and auxiliary spaces on the first floor, with a total area of approximately 145 m². Additionally, there are underground auxiliary spaces with an area of 60 m². The interventions involve an extension of approximately 50 m². The Study focuses on the extension at ground level, as well as internal layout modifications and external repairs to the Building.
