PROJECT INFORMATION

The Motor Service Station of PSATHOPYRGOS, (MSS PSATHOPYRGOS), has 2 sections. The first section is on the road to Korinthos and it is built on a field of approximately 17.000m². The other section, on the road to Patras, is built on a field of approximately 17.600m².

CONFIDE undertook all the Studies and Approvals for the Construction of the building facilities of the two sections of the M.S.S., all the Licensing, as well as the supervision of the construction.

For the section heading towards Corinth, the construction of the Passenger Service Building amounts to 480 m², with 40 m² of covered outdoor areas, the construction of the Vehicle Service Building amounts to 240 m² and the communal infrastructure buildings (MSS Substation, Water Station/Pump Station, Biological Treatment Unit) approximately 200 m².

For the section heading towards Patras, the construction of the Passenger Service Building amounts to 400 m² , with 80 m² of covered outdoor areas, the construction of the Vehicle Service Building amounts to 240 m² and the communal infrastructure buildings (MSS Substation, Water Station/Pump Station, Biological Treatment Unit) approximately 200 m² .

In M.S.S. Psathopyrgos, CONFIDE, already in 2019, undertook the Study and Licensing of 50kW electric vehicle battery charging facilities, one of the first in Greece, as well as the Study and Licensing, in 2020, of equipment facilities for supplying Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to wheeled vehicles using portable storage media, which are transported by road (Daughter CNG Station).

CONFIDE has also undertaken all the required Studies and Licensing for the installation of recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles, i.e. the installation of a Substation of 800KVA and two 360kW electric chargers, in each section.

Since the opening of the Station, CONFIDE has undertaken the Maintenance of all common areas and Infrastructure, which consist of a Biological Cleaning System, Power Generation Couple, Medium Voltage Substation, Water Supply Complex - Pumping Station, Street Lighting, etc.
