PROJECT INFORMATION

The Motor Service Station of Akrata, (MSS Akratas) consists of 2 sections: one on the road to Korinthos, built on a field of approximately 13,800m², the other on the road to Patras built on a field of approximately 36,000m²

CONFIDE undertook all the Studies and Approvals for the construction of the Passenger Service Building on the road to Patras. The total constructed area of main and auxiliary areas extends to 470.00 m². External areas extend to 244.85 m2 (outdoor and semi-outdoor). Facilities, as dining areas, storage areas, preparation rooms, a shop - mini market, sanitary areas – WC are included.

CONFIDE undertook the Studies and Approvals for the reconstruction of the Gas Stations, as well as the Licensing for their operation by the competent Authorities.

The new Station building towards Patras amounts to 107.00 m², with the useful surface up to 91.85 m², while the area of the building towards Corinth amounts to 80.00 m², with the useful surface amounting to 71.65 m².

CONFIDE undertook the construction of the buildings.

CONFIDE also undertook all the required Studies and Permits, as well as the Construction for the installation and operation of recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

It is an installation of a 630 kVA MT Substation with connection to the Medium Voltage network of DEDDIE, installation of a 360 kW electric charging cabinet, two 180 kW chargers, per section, as well as a ground floor building for the layout of the 20kV panel space.
