PROJECT INFORMATION

The Evangelismos Motorist Service Station (M.S.S.) is developed on both sides of the Highway.

On the one hand, it extends in the direction towards Thessaloniki, occupying a plot of approximately 23,000 m², and on the other hand, in the direction towards Athens, occupying a plot of approximately 20,000 m². The station includes the following features on each side:

·         Traveler Service Building: Approximately 1,200 m²

·         Fuel Station: Approximately 240 m²

·         Car Wash / Lubrication Service: Approximately 150 m²

·         Tire Repair Shop: Approximately 80 m²

·         Parking Areas: For all types of vehicles, including passenger cars, buses, and trucks

·         Outdoor Spaces: For the temporary stay of travelers

·         Green Areas

·         Building for the location of the electricity substation (DEH) and Diesel Generator:

Approximately 300 m²

CONFIDΕ, during the negotiation process for undertaking the Project, provided Consultancy services for the preparation of the contract terms, as well as their management.

CONFIDE also undertook the preparation of all the required studies for the Passenger Service Buildings of the M.S.S. as well as for Infrastructure and Building Facilities Projects, construction supervision and construction Project management.

CONFIDE studied and supervised the construction of the shared E/M infrastructures of the M.S.S. namely the M.V. Substation. and Generetor Pumping Stations, Water Supply and Fire Fighting Tanks, as well as Biological Cleaning Units.

Finally, CONFIDE, from 2010 to 2013, undertook the maintenance of the building facilities, as well as the E/M infrastructure and facilities of the M.S.S.
