CONFIDE'S subject included:
The Consultant Services during the negotiations process of awarding the Project, the processing of the contract terms as well as their management. Subsequently, it included the preparation of all the requested Infrastructure and Building Facilities Studies the supervision of the construction and the management of the construction Project.
It also included the preparation, monitoring, updating of the time schedule of the Project, and the preparation – documentation of the investment budget and the economic planning of the Project and the support to the Investor in order to achieve an even funding. CONFIDE also undertook the responsibility of issuing the required Establishment and Operation Permits for the Fuel Stations as well as the ensuring of the obtaining the prerequisite approvals needed (e.g. environmental, Prehistoric & Classical Antiquities Office, Fire Safety etc.)
