CONFIDE'S subject included:
The Consultant Services during the negotiations process of awarding the Project, the processing of the contract terms as well as their management. Subsequently, it included the preparation of all the requested Infrastructure Studies, meaning Road Design, Rainwater Drainage, E/M Study for the Installations of the Surrounding as well as the Building Facilities Studies, meaning the studies of the Substation, the Water Plan & the Waste Water Treatment Plan.
It also included the supervision of the construction and the management of the construction Project as well as the preparation, monitoring, updating of the time schedule of the Project, and the preparation – documentation of the investment budget and the economic planning of the Project (cash flow, alternative funding sources).
