CONFIDE'S subject included:
The Consultant Services during the negotiations process of awarding the Project, the processing of the contract terms as well as their management. Subsequently, it included the preparation of all the requested studies of the Infrastructure Works and the Building Facilities, the supervision as well as the management of the construction Project.
It included the preparation, monitoring, updating of the time schedule of the Project, as well as the preparation – documentation of the investment budget and the economic planning of the Project and the support to the Investor in order to achieve an even funding.
Finally, the issuing of all the required establishment and operation licenses of the catering activities.
